What are happy visits?

Happy visits help pets build confidence at the practice. They can be useful for puppies, kittens, nervous pets, pets who have had a difficult previous experience, or any animal who would benefit from positive, low-pressure visits.

Do you support older pets?

Yes. Senior pet checks can help identify changes such as stiffness, drinking more, weight change, bad breath, new lumps, toilet changes, confusion or reduced interaction. If anything needs veterinary input, our nurses can refer your pet to a vet.

Costs, insurance and medication

How much will my appointment or treatment cost?

Please phone us for current consultation prices or an estimate for treatment. Every pet and treatment plan is different, so we will explain likely costs and what is included before you make a decision.

Will you talk me through treatment options and costs?

Yes. If there is more than one reasonable option, we will explain the benefits, limitations and likely costs, so you can choose the most appropriate plan for your pet and your circumstances.

Do you work with pet insurance?

Yes. If your pet is insured, please bring your policy details to your appointment. Not all insurance policies offer the same level of cover, so it is worth checking your excess, exclusions, claim limits and whether ongoing conditions are covered.

Can I order repeat medication?
