Surgery Hours
Our appointment system
To ensure we can see every patient promptly, we operate an appointment-based system. Most routine appointments are scheduled for 10-15 minutes, but we’re always happy to take extra time when your pet needs it – whether that’s 10 minutes or half an hour, we’ll give them the care and attention they deserve.
Emergency care
During our normal opening hours, our vets may be performing surgeries or medical investigations. However, if your pet has a life-threatening emergency, we’ll see them immediately – your companion’s wellbeing always comes first.
Same day appointments
We understand that pets don’t always get poorly at convenient times! We do our best to see all clients on the same day when requested, and any patient requiring urgent attention will always be seen the same day.

Mon to Fri: 8.00am – 7.00pm
Sat: 8.00am – 5:00pm
Sun: Closed – Out of hours service provider
Veterinary surgeon consulting times
Mon to Fri: 8am – 1pm & 2pm – 6.30pm
Sat: 9am – 11.30am & 2.30pm – 4.30pm
Sun: Closed – Out of hours service provider
Nurse consulting times
Monday to Friday 9.00am – 11.00am & 3.30pm – 6.00pm
Bank holidays
We are closed for normal opening and consulting hours on bank holidays.
