Repeat prescriptions

Please fill in the form below and click the submit button for it to be sent to us via email. Fields that are marked with an asterisk (*) are required fields.

Prescriptions received via email before 2pm will be ready for collection after 2pm the following day.

Any items ordered on a Friday will not be ready for collection until after 2pm the following Monday.

We do not process repeat prescriptions over the weekend, therefore any medications or food orders will not be available until the following Monday.

If there are any problems with this repeat prescription we will call you as soon as possible.
