Surgery hours

To help maintain the efficiency of the practice we operate an appointment system. Routine appointments are allocated a

10 minute appointment; but we endeavour to give every patient the time and care that they deserve regardless of whether it

takes 10 minutes or half an hour. Outside of normal consulting hours the veterinary surgeons will be either operating or 

performing medical investigations but should your pet have a life threatening emergency they will be dealt with immediately.

We endeavour to see all clients on the same day if requested and any patient that requires urgent attention will always 

be seen the same day.

Bank Holidays

Whilst we are closed for normal opening and consulting hours on bank holidays we are still on-call and run our own emergency service.
